Heath Miller, owner and operator of Muncy Creek Outfitters, has been fishing Pennsylvania’s waters since childhood. From the moment he picked up a fishing rod, he was hooked—now, his greatest passion is helping others experience the thrill of fly fishing in Pennsylvania. With years of experience exploring the Susquehanna River, Penns Creek, Pine Creek, and Loyalsock Creek, Heath has developed expert techniques that ensure his guests have the best chance at landing trophy trout and smallmouth bass.

Heath is a master in the art of fly fishing, fly tying, and teaching. His skill in crafting hand-tied fly patterns gives his guests an advantage by replicating local aquatic life in a way that fish can’t resist. Whether you’re new to the sport or an experienced angler, Heath shares his extensive knowledge to improve your technique and increase your success on the water. The Boat - To provide the best experience, Heath uses two boats tailored to different fishing adventures.
